This happens when every game download content comes out. Fallout 3 DLC, Map packs and game add ons, and all my friends ***** that they don't come out in australia when they come out in america. I will agree with you, it's not fun. But don't worry, It will be out shortly.

There should be a sheet inside he case where the instruction booklet is. It will have a code on it. Go to account management and select redeem code. Put in the code and it will prompt you to download the game. This is of course if the game is brand new and not a used copy of Ultimate Edition.
