It might be an old game, because it's not really a new game on the shelf, try getting an update for it or call the Xbox support line. They might know. Yeah sam is correct too many people began playing. At the bottom of the screen there should be a news update and it'll say that they are adding servers.
i think it is because too many people play it making all the servers full, however i think they are making more
