I unlocked the full game of battlefield 1943 on my xbox 360 but it wont work.how do you fix this?

i unlocked the full game but when i type my email and password into the boxes and press A it only says "connecting". and i wont be able to play. how do you fix this?

Might merely be a problem with just that game. If your internet works fine with other games then thats probably the reason.
