I have a Ps3 and im getting a little bored and i saw this was only 9.99 on the ps store and before i get it i want some opinions is it worth getting? It look good to me.Is Battlefield 1943 worth getting?

I don't think so, I remember the day it first came out I bought it and I kept getting kicked off of games since the servers where packed full of people. But some how by the next two days I got it. And I know I didn't play then all from th start to the end cause I kept getting kicked off. I just think you need to stay in the match until it's over and it counts like that. No, I'm almost positive they can't. The only time I've ever heard anyone talking on their headset is when they were in my squad.

Hey... I was wondering... With the new Killzone 2 Map Pack bundle with all the 3 map packs (a total of 6 maps) been only 20 bucks Australian... Theres also Battlefield 1943 which is 20 bucks Australian. This is for PS3 by the way.

if you have played warzone (killzone multiplayer online) you will find battlefield basic. I know i did



I did like that battlefield is lighter and easy to see targets but that being said that sometimes is part of the negitive about it.



there are only 3 maps on battlefield and only one game type. (no assignation, retrieve etc)



I would go for the new maps myself but thats just me. or if you want another multiplayer online try warhawk, it hits all the marks but is a little steep on the intial learning curve (try the demo before you buy)



also the demo for 1943 is free give that a crak if you want

i dont like battelfeild 1943 it just seems so ps2 like the graphics are okay but the running engine and the controlles are just messed up. killzone is a really good game but i cant beleive a map pack is 20 bucks but i guess thats not a horrible price if its 6maps. in my opinion out of the two i would choose killzone if your a big fan of the killzone games if you want a sorta easy retro world war game then go for battlefield.Killzone 2 Map Pack or Battlefield: 1943 PS3?

if you got it free than it was a demo. other gaming companies do that like Steam (gives you a free demo to play for a certain ammount of days). I got battlefield 43, vietnam and the expansion packs for like $20 so i bet you could get bf1943 for $5-$10

On the Playstation Network there is a video for Battlefield 1943 and it's the Wake Island Trailer. Underneath it says The fight for the pacific will begin in June 2009. After the video plays it says the same thing, plus it says $14.99 down loadable from the playstation store.

To answer your questions I do not know what type of plane they used for it. The game is coming out for the xbox 360 and ps3 this Wednesday and the pc one is coming out around September. For the xbox 360 and ps3 it is an arcade game and can be downloaded for 1200 Microsoft points or $15.00. For the pc you might be able to download it from the internet like from gamestop.com or it might come on a disk they have not released that information. There should be a sheet inside he case where the instruction booklet is. It will have a code on it. Go to account management and select redeem code. Put in the code and it will prompt you to download the game. This is of course if the game is brand new and not a used copy of Ultimate Edition.
